FCCI Ministries joins in on the celebration of our Leadership Bible Institute recognizing our 2nd year of operation at it's present location in the Village Professional Center (1st floor) at 13225 Philadelphia Street, Whittier, CA 90601.

"2011 was an extraordinary year for the Leadership Institute, we have seen a number of Pastors and other Ministry Leaders come through the Institute. Being equipped in 'organizational leadership'" Says Dr. Ralph Pacheco, Head Master of the Institute.

The Leadership Institute was established to provide Christians who know they have a call on their lives to serve the Lord Jesus Christ and are being raised up in the "five fold ministry."  Apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelists. Plus those with individual specialized area of ministry (i.e., healing, deliverance, benevolence ministry).

"The Lord impressed on me a number of years ago to offer this specialized training for those who realize God has them on a 'fast track,' they have a supernatural sense of urgency, that there is no time to waste. These select also feel there is no settling for the status quo in the church, but that there is more the church can and should be doing in advancing the Kingdom of God." Says Dr. Pacheco.

These saints need a place where they will not be prejudged or thought of as unusual merely because they do not fit in with the organized / institutionalized church of today. They are NOT in rebellion, they are just not a good fit for what we are calling church today.

God is transforming church fellowships from an "audience" into an "army." We are not talking about "equippig the saints" we are talking about the next step, "developing the saints." It is the difference between holding a Bible Study and Training out in the Mission Field, with hands on experience.

Jesus speaks of  having,  "Understanding"(ref., Mark 4:13), there is Understanding (Gk: Oidate) which reflects an "Intuitive Comprehension" of the Word of God, and a second understanding (Gk: Gnostheses) having an "Experiencial Comprehension" of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Members / Students of the Leadership Institute recognie that there is more to church than just sitting in church on a Wednesday night or Sunday morning listening to a bible study or sermon... They realize the Lord desires to "activate" the saints to the work of the ministry. It is not reserved just for the pastor and other ordained ministers, but it is the call of every Believer to be "Ambassadors of Christ" and "Ministers of Reconciliation."

FCCI Finds New Home In Whittier

Leadership Institute New Co-Hort Starting

Whittier-CA The Leadership Institute led by Dr. Ralph Pacheco is planning the next co-hort of their Church Planting Missional Leadership Program. (Tentatively scheduled to start in May, 2011). During the past 18 months, The Leadership Institute has enrolled 30 individuals (and couples) who have been led to plant new churches and/or specialized ministries. Many of these members of the Institute have already embarked on their new missional church planting program. Some of our highlights from the 2009/2010 co-horts: 1. Church Plant, Highland Park by Pastor Mario Guerra and his brother Associate Pastor Albert Guerra. They have seen their new church plant grow from 6 to 60 persons in the past 12 months. They are presently meeting in Life (cell) Groups weekly and hold monthly Assemblies of the entire fellowship. Pastor Mario and "9" of his core leaders are concurrently enrolled in the Leadership Institute and attending Angelus Bible College. 2. Church Plant, Pico Rivera, CA Pastor Daniel Artechi & Wife Assistant Pastor Yvonne Artechi are holdin Sunday morning services in their Home (Fellowship). Pastor Danny had been an associate pastor with Victory Outreach, and is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, he holds a bachelors degree in Biblical Studies. His Wife Yvonne is a graduate of the Latin American Bible Institute (A.A. Degree in Ministry). 3. Min. Eric Ramos and Min. Ana Ramos, Worship Leaders, Music Ministers. Eric is an anointed Christian songwriter and musician. His Wife Ana is a Worship vocalist and has a prophetic gift in song. They head the "Quarry Worship" Team (7 member group). They travel with Dr. Ralph Pacheco on Apostolic Ministerial Outreaches throughout the U.S. Their background is with Fruit of the Vine Ministries where they led worship for 8 years. Eric is presently enrolled at the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry (Downey, CA campus). Both Eric and Ana have also received Biblical training at the Cottonwood School of Minstry for 2 years. "It has been a tremendous year... So many people's lives have been touched through these Gatherings. I thank God and praise His Holy Name, He is faithful to refresh, restore, and reactivate the saints who needed His touch, and to encourage the many ministers who come to fellowship with their fellow ministers and the Holy Spirit." Says Dr. Pacheco.

All of those individuals and ministries who have been a part of the Gatherings over this past year are invited to come and participate in this special evening. There will be food & refreshments, The FCCI Quarry Worship Team will be leading the praise & worship Service.
